Q: Can we get into the birthday party room prior to our schedule time frame?
A: Absolutely, generally about a half-hour prior to decorate and organize.
Q: How many people can the birthday party room accommodate?
A: Up to 15 kids & 4 adults will fit comfortably. Accommodations can be made based on need of the participants in the party. More than 20 children would incur an additional party host an additional fee of $50.
Q: Can you tell me a little bit more about the tour?
A: We will have one tour guide if the party is 12 children or less. From there we will have an additional sales associate help. We are very flexible in hopes that we can show & talk about the animals that the birthday party child enjoys the most. Our goal is to meet and interact with animals in the following departments: Dog, Cat, Fish, Reptile, Bird & Small Animal, but we will put emphasis first on the ones you think will be of most interest during the tour.
Q: What do we need to secure the date & the room?
A: Call or email us to schedule a time. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking to reserve your space.
